
Greg Khachatrian
Greg Khachatrian is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership, finance, and operations. He has a proven track record of driving growth, executing strategic turnarounds, and delivering impactful results across multiple industries, including gaming, leisure, hospitality, and private equity. Over the course of his career, Greg has successfully completed more than $1 billion in transactions and led both formal (Chapter 11) and informal restructuring efforts—maintaining a 100% success rate in turnaround execution.
Greg currently serves as Senior Partners and CFO at Solyco Capital, a vertically integrated private equity and venture capital firm that delivers capital solutions to late-stage startups and growth companies. Since joining Solyco in 2019, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s portfolio from 12 to over 35 companies across 13 states and 6 countries. Greg thrives in Solyco’s hands-on, impact-driven model—where the firm leads with both capital and time to validate opportunities before deploying investor capital. Solyco’s unique structure combines elite operational experience (totaling over $40 billion in transaction value) with active strategic support, enabling companies to scale efficiently and sustainably.
As part of his work at Solyco, Greg serves on the boards of several high-growth portfolio companies, including Flash Weather AI, Titan Health & Security Technologies, Influit Energy, and SOS Hydration. He also sits on the board of the Ally Jolie Baldwin Foundation, where he serves as Director, combining his business acumen with a strong commitment to community impact.
Prior to Solyco Capital, Greg served as Chief Financial Officer of Casino Miami, where he was recruited as a strategic turnaround expert. Over a four-year period, he helped transform the company’s financial performance and strategic direction—doubling its value from $125 million to over $250 million and successfully leading the company through its sale to a Las Vegas-based casino and hotel operator.
Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with a specialization in Finance. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, and is deeply passionate about helping businesses navigate complex challenges, optimize performance, and unlock their full potential.
